We supply supercritical foam sheets made with different materials, such as PP, Flame-retardant PP, PVDF, TPEE, TPU, Aliphatic TPU, Pebax, etc.
Supercritical foaming process is a newly developped process in recent years. The product is foamed with air (Co2 or Nitrgon) in a tank, it doesn't need chemical foaming agents and the chemicals are not cross-linked, therefore the final product is clean and recyclable.
Dimension of the foam sheet: 1.9mx1.2mx28mm. Can be skived to different thickness according to needs.
Our products can be used in various occasions where good rebounding and cushion is required.
